Sharon does an amazing job balancing the yoga, meals and excursions so that it feels like a well rounded retreat with the best of yoga, local culture and exploration. She is expert in managing the dynamics of a diverse group and ensured all got what they needed and enjoyed most.

An absolutely incredible experience! The retreat not only rejuvenated my body with the uplifting yoga/movement sessions, it revitalized the soul. All the practitioners are masters of their craft yet were approachable and went out of their way to create an inviting and safe space. I went with an open mind and it truly was a fulfilling experience I will never forget. I believe I'll be able to carry some lessons forward into my everyday life and I can only hope I'll be able to go on more retreats in the future!
